NIR Infrared Ray Lamp Tube

Equipped with low-glare NI infared ray lamp tubes,which are gente on the eyes.These tubes provide uniform heating for both the internal and exteral layers of glue.The system,combined with a hot-air circulation mechanism,ensures rapid and stable glue drying.

It can be separated into upper and lower-layer conveyor belts acording to the material of the shoes,the conveyor belts convey heat independenty in order to ensure the quality and stability of heating.

It can detect the heating status of the lamp tube at any time and can detect any breakin the line at any moment,ensuring production quality.

(選配)溫控警示系統(tǒng)

溫度警示可依生產(chǎn)品質(zhì)需求設(shè)定上下限，未達(dá)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值時(shí)，會(huì)提出警示，以確保品質(zhì)穩(wěn)定性。

(Optional)Temperature Control Alarm System

Enables upper and lower temperature limits to be set according to production quality needs.f he temperature deviates from the standard,an alarm is triggered, ensuring stability and consistent output quality.
